Macaroni Cheese With Smoked Bacon & Rosemary


​​​​​Cured smokey bacon with macaroni pasta in a mature cheddar cheese sauce with fresh rosemary.

    How we make it: Melt butter, sauté garlic and add flour, slowly add milk and cream, cook out, add both types of cheese. Sauté bacon and fresh rosemary, add to the cheese sauce and season with mustard, salt & pepper. Boil the pasta in lots of boiling salted water, when soft strain and add to the cheese sauce. Spoon into dish, top with more cheese and bread crumb.


    Ingredients: Macaroni Pasta, Milk, Smoked Bacon, Cheddar Cheese, Double Cream, Butter, Flour, Grana Padano Cheese, Garlic, Dijon Mustard, Bread Crumbs, Fresh Rosemary, Paprika, Salt & Pepper.


    Cooking instructions: Pre-heat oven to 170 ºC, cook from frozen for 35min until golden brown and piping hot through.
