Ten Lamb Meatballs in a rich tomato sauce, serves two, serve with pasta or even better couscous.
How we make it: Soak pitta bread in milk, combine with lamb mince, garlic, parsley, mint, oregano and seasoning. Grill the meat balls. To make the sauce, saute garlic, add chopped tomato and harissa cook out, finish with basil, parsley, salt & pepper.
