How we make it: Brown of Chuck Steak in batches, deglaze with Red Wine, sauté Onions, Peppers and Garlic when soft add Tomato Puree, Garlic, Cumin, Coriander, Paprika, Oregano, Salt & Pepper, add Beef Stock and Chopped Tomatoes. Combine all ingredients and cook long and slow until beef melts in the mouth.

Cooking instructions: Bring a pan of Boiling water to the boil, place the bag and contents in the water, turn down to simmer and leave for 25 min. Open bag and serve, ensure contents is piping hot.
