    Two 8oz Devon Rumps of Lamb, grilled red pepper and courgette, roasted new potatoes and salsa verde, all ready just to pop in the oven.

      We season and seal the lamb to give great flavour, grill the veg with olive oil, lightly roast the poatatoes and serve them with salsa verde. Salsa verde is a green sauce made from parsley, basil, mint, capers, gerkins, garlic, mustard, red wine vinegar, olive oil and a hint of anchovy. 

      Just cook in a hot oven for 15min and leave to rest for 5min then serve. 

      Ingredients: Lamb, potato, courgette, red pepper, olive oil, salt & pepper. Salas: Parsley, basil, mint, olive oil, capers, gerkins, red wine vinegar, dijon mustard, anchovy fillets, salt & pepper.
