Slow cooked venison casserole made with venison, pork belly, bacon, port, red wine and a little juniper. Serves 2
We suggest serving with mash or roast potato and french beans sauteed in butter.
Ingredients: Venison, pork belly, carrots, mushrooms, beef stock, celery, onion, port, smoked bacon, red wine, garlic, tomato puree, butter, flour, vegetable oil, jumiper berries, salt, bay leaves, pepper.
